Dobrobut: A Medical Network in One Place
Dobrobut is a leading medical network in Ukraine, with medical centers and two multidisciplinary hospitals in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. More than 1,000 doctors work there across more than 70 areas of treatment, for children and adults.
People come to a clinic website for one of a few urgent reasons: find a doctor, book a visit, check a price or call for help. The website had to make each of those one step away, for thousands of services and in Ukrainian and English.
Help is always in the header
Every page carries the same header: a search field, the phone line with a callback request, and a red ambulance button with the short number 5288. With the Love Spell we treated these as the most important things on the site, because someone looking for them may be in a hurry.
The home page then shows current offers in a slider and four clear figures with a link each: the clinic network, the hospitals, the doctors and the services.
A directory of 1,000+ doctors
The doctors page is a full directory. Filters for specialisation, clinic, online consultations, visits in the clinic and home visits narrow the list, and each doctor card shows the photo, the specialty, the clinic and the nearest free slot with a Make an appointment button.
Check up packages by age
Service packages are grouped by who they are for, starting with children by age and then women. Each card shows how many clinics offer it, how many services it includes and the price. The Creation Spell keeps the directory, the services and the appointment buttons working the same way on every screen size.
On a phone the header shrinks to icons for search, the call and the ambulance, the figures stack in a column, and the doctor filters open as a panel.
A patient can now find a doctor, see when they are free and book, or reach an ambulance, from any page and on any screen.
